Julie Woodley
July Woodley is the founder and director of Restoring the Heart Ministries, Inc. A speaker, author, and counselor, Julie holds an M.A. in counseling and a certificate in Theological Studies from Bethel Seminary. She is also currently finishing her M.Div., and her Chaplain Training. Julie is a certified trauma counselor and the division chair of the American Association of Christian Counseling "Abortion, Sexual Trauma and Mental Health."
Julie's desire to reach women and men who have experienced childhood sexual abuse came out of her own healing, during which she created the In the Wildflowers curriculum series. For years she has listened to the heartbeat of God each step of the way as He wove each piece of the process together.
As a survivor of numerous traumatic circumstances, Julie's story has been aired on various radio programs including: Of Faith and Family with Dr. Richard Land, Focus on the Family with Dr. James Dobson, and Unshackled by Pacific Garden Missions, many other radio broadcasts including Moody radio, as well as the 700 club, and Life Today. Julie draws from personal experiences and the healing she has found in Christ to share hope and healing with other victims of trauma.
